Congratulations to our client Boston Green Realty on obtaining small project review approval of their 5 story, 40 unit apartment building in Mission Hill. BGR is building a unique and innovative, environmentally friendly building which will have studio, one and two bedroom apartments for rent.

Recently, McCormack Suny obtained a defense verdict in favor of its client, the President and 50% of shareholder of a closely held corporation, after a two-week jury trial in the Middlesex Superior Court. The client had been sued for $1.5 million dollars for various alleged breaches of fiduciary duty. The verdict also ensured that the plaintiff could not pass his substantial attorneys fees on to the corporation.
