Today, we want to recognize and thank Rubin | Pomerleau PC for the incredible work they have done fighting for immigrants and families.

Since November, their office has worked tirelessly on Olivia and her family’s case. When this case first began, they stepped in and filed a motion to stop the deportation of Olivia and her family. They spent countless hours fighting in the First Circuit and advocating behind the scenes.

The stay they secured became one of the major reasons a habeas petition was later possible for Olivia in Texas.
This work was not easy. Last weekend alone involved intense work on the habeas case and reviewing and editing a 55-page appellate brief. William, Jeff, Todd, and others involved in this case dedicated countless hours to fighting for this family and refusing to give up.

More recently, this law firm also helped stop the deportation of a local soccer player after he was ordered removed.

Rubin | Pomerleau PC handles all aspects of immigration litigation and services and also sponsors a nonprofit legal clinic in Massachusetts.
