Today was a very very special day for my beautiful client and her son.

It’s a story of resilience and hope.

A story of never giving up and persevering no matter what.

My client’s story started in 2015 when she had to leave her home due to war in the Eastern part of Ukraine and build her new life in Kyiv. Unfortunately, February 24th 2022 changed their lives once again and she and her son had to leave their home and the life they built since 2015.

Yet, dear A knew that dreams can become goals and from the very beginning arriving on the American soil she started working towards a goal of becoming a homeowner. We found amazing lender with incredible attention to details who found ways for her to get a mortgage while having a status of refugee on U4U. The road somewhat was bumpy as it took time to adjust to the Massachusetts real estate market, but my client had such an open mind and wholeheartedly trusted me and took my advice over and over.
