My law practice focuses on all aspects of immigration and family law. I represent individuals in family petitions, adjustment of status, asylum, temporary work visas, investor visas, VAWA self-petitions, U visas and removal defense. She consults and represents small businesses in various employment-based immigration cases. My family law practice focuses on divorce, child custody, child support, an

The President is attempting to vilify immigration lawyers for fulfilling our duty of zealously advocating for our clients. This is an attack on due process & attempt to silence those who work to protect the most vulnerable among us.

I got to meet Doby the Beagle today on my tour of Logan's Terminal E with the CBP folks there. Toby is in the Agriculture Unit. He did a good demonstration of picking out items international passengers should not bring into the U.S. (ex. Fruits, meats, fish, plants, etc.)

PSA here: Dried fruit (yes, if processed and wrapped, not just dried in the sun); no cheeses (Doby loves their smell); no dried fish; and no leaves/plants from Grandma's garden back home either.

Thank you to AILA New England for arranging the tour! We did get a good Q&A session with the CBP Logan Chief too.

Federal Judge in NY ruled that during the COVID19 national health emergency, the Trump administration cannot enforce the Public Charge wealth test against immigrants applying for green cards in the US or from Consulates abroad.
