We’re thrilled to announce that Timothy Sini, a partner in our Government Investigations & White-Collar Defense practice, has been selected as the next leader of our Litigation Department.

Tim, who is also a member of our Congressional Investigations and Crisis Management teams, has built a distinguished career in private practice and public service centered on white-collar matters and government investigations, civil litigation, outside counsel services, and crisis management for a portfolio of clients around the globe.

Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Tim was the elected district attorney for Suffolk County, New York, and he previously served as an assistant US Attorney for the Southern District of New York and as commissioner of the Suffolk County Police Department.

Global Finance partner Steve Hanton has been named one of Boston Business Journal's 40 Under 40.

Steve advises trustees, agents, and other fiduciaries in asset-backed securitizations, collateralized loan obligations, corporate and public finance transactions, and other alternative structures. He also counsels lenders, emerging companies, and other institutions in structuring and negotiating transactions in both debt and equity finance, representing lenders in complex lending arrangements and emerging companies in different stages of equity financing.

Seth is a partner and leads our Intellectual Property practice. He focuses his practice on IP protection, licensing, strategy, and disputes, as well as research transactions and operations, particularly in life sciences and healthcare.
