🆕 D. Mass. IP Litigation Blog post by Tom McNulty: Enanta Pharmaceuticals, Inc. v. Pfizer Inc. (D. Mass. 22-cv-10967; Fed. Cir. 25-1427).

The Federal Circuit affirmed a District of Massachusetts ruling that Enanta's patent was invalid because it was not entitled to its claimed provisional priority date.
