This husband and wife duo bring a shared passion for people and a lifelong love of homes to everything they do, and we could not be more thrilled to have them join our team.

Fredricka's love for homes started when she was just a little girl. In 2004, while working as a beauty advisor, a broker handed her a business card and told her she would make a great agent. She held onto that card for years without ever making the leap. It was not until a few years ago, while she was staying at home, that her husband Louis told her he felt compelled to start this real estate journey together. She knew it was the right time to step into what she believes God had planned for her all along, and the two of them have been building this business side by side ever since.

Their favorite part of the business is meeting people from all different walks of life. They are drawn to their clients' stories and love helping them find a place that truly feels like home.

Fredricka and Louis have lived in Shreveport/Bossier their entire lives. Their favorite things about the area are the food, the uniqueness, and the people that make it feel like home.

What sets Fredricka and Louis apart is their heart for service. They wholeheartedly believe that God supplies every need, so they never feel the pressure to force a sale. They believe every client who is meant to work with them will, and they show up for each one with expertise, excellence, and integrity. For Fredricka and Louis, clients become part of their extended family. They build real rapport and stay in their clients' corner long after the ink dries.
