As a member of the legal community for over a decade, I have gained experience in diverse areas of the law, including business law, civil litigation, corporate, employment law, and insurance defense. Currently, my practice focuses on corporate organization and formation; general commercial claims (i.e. breach of contract), employment consulting (i.e., policies and procedures, non compete and non-d
isclosure matters, overtime issues), landlord/tenant matters (i.e., lease review and negotiation, lease disputes), shareholder and partnership disputes (i.e., breach of fiduciary duty, director/officer liability) business competition claims (i.e., unfair competition, deceptive trade practices) and commercial and consumer fraud. Additionally, my litigation experience gives clients valuable insight into navigating through potential disputes. To that end, I offer an alternative to the traditional in house general counsel and assist small business retain a competitive advantage and maximize profitability while maintaining the ability to react quickly and protect themselves from legal exposure.
