Sometimes we get little reminders why we do this work. My client, my handyman and friend of many years became an American Citizen today. (Obstacles, what obstacles..?:))) Pro-bono work has its own rewards. Congratulations, Evgeny!! We did it! :)

Phone Company: Who am I speaking with?
MASHA: This is Masha Bach.
Phone Co: I'm sorry, ma'am but you are not the primary account holder on this account.
MASHA: Oh.. Who is?
Phone Co: Law Offices of Masha K. Bach, P*e Ai.
MASHA: Would you like to speak to it?
Phone Co: Yes, that would be great.
MASHA: Ok. Just a minute, let me get it for you. . . . . . . . . . This is attorney Masha Bach from the Law offices of Masha Bach.
Phone Co: Hello Ms. Bach. I see that you are the primary account holder. What can I do for you today?
MASHA: You can add a second account holder.
Phone Co: Sure thing. Who would you like to add?
MASHA: Please add Masha Bach.
Phone Co: No problem. We can do that for you.

--- Update on PHOTO TICKETS (CAMERAS IN THE INTERSECTIONS) ---

Some of you may remember a few months ago I received Photo Tickets for making "wrong" turn on a red light (3 tickets in a row!).

WELL... WE FAUGHT THE SYSTEM AND GOT THEM SUCCESSFULLY DISMISSED !

As a lawyer, I strongly felt it was unconstitutional... Intersections were confusing.. who know if you can turn or red.. can't turn on red... Something was wrong with the whole picture... The system made us (the people) prove we were NOT the drivers of the car - meaning no presumption of innocence, presumption of guilt and we had to prove we didn't do it...

If you get a camera ticket in the mail in PALM BEACH COUNTY, let us know, most likely we can help :).

Happy my own tickets were dismissed!

And it looks to me - at least in Boca - the right turn signals are being changed; it is now clearer what a driver is supposed to do. That is a good change for all!
