Really proud to have worked on this one. The team from Compson deserves a huge round of applause for this game changer of a building.
Downtown Boca is welcoming new Class A office space that blends modern workplaces with premier dining and lifestyle amenities. Compson Associates, Inc. and NADG broke ground on Aletto, which will offer state-of-the-art offices alongside rooftop and ground-floor restaurants, a fitness center, concierge services, and walkable access to Mizner Park and more. The building was designed by Boca Raton based Vander Ploeg and Associates.
