Duke began his real estate career in Southern New Jersey in 1985 — learning the business from the ground up. Duke quickly realized that real estate is about people, and this is why being of service to his clients is his top priority. Duke was approached by the Belfair Development group to join their sales team and help launch the community. This opportunity of a lifetime led him to relocate to the Lowcountry. The development aspect of the business eventually led Duke to Berkeley Hall, Hampton Hall and Hampton Lake. These unique opportunities inspired Duke to go back into the general brokerage world. With his wife, Linda, as his business partner, they are able to create a business built completely around unparalleled real estate knowledge and service. During his childhood he developed a fondness for golf, which he still has today. Duke is an avid sports fan (football, horse racing and golf). He also enjoys giving back to the community as a member of the Heritage Foundation Board of Trustees as well as co-founder of the Players Amateur golf tournament. ABOUT LINDA:
Linda has more than two decades of experience in sales and marketing. While she lived in Toronto, Canada, she built an impressive resume that included office management, customer service, sales and marketing development and maintenance, as well as supervising and training staff for prestigious medical organizations and real estate companies. With each position, Linda has increased sales results and efficiency. It’s no surprise that Linda has had equal success for the past 20 years as a licensed real estate agent. Linda has a Canadian real estate license that allowed her to become knowledgeable in buying and selling property not only for herself but to assist select clients. Once she relocated to the Lowcountry and after working for a local award-winning custom home builder, it became apparent that joining her husband Duke, in the real estate brokerage business and forming Delcher & Delcher would be the perfect fit to allow her skills to shine.
