Money, trade and finance are based on trust and confidence. You have to be able to trust the people you buy from and sell to. If that trust has been broken, reach out. Sometimes a phone call or a letter is all it takes to set things right. Don't let it get to where it takes a government sending texts, emails and recorded messages to half the population to try to set things right!
