Procrastinating those annual corporate reports for LLCs, LLPs, corporations, etc? Don't know how to do them? It's not hard!

Here is the link: https://file.dos.pa.gov/search/business

Step 1: Search your business name.
Step 2: Click on your business name. A window will appear on the right hand side of your screen.
Step 3: Above the business name, there will be a tab labeled: "File Annual Report".
Step 4: Click "File Annual Report" and the PA Business One-Stop Shop will ask you to either create an account or login. It will then take you to the Business Filing Services website and make you search the business name again.
Step 5: Complete the annual registration and pay your $7 fee. (CAUTION: There are a number of fake sites out there that will charge you well over the $7 fee, do not be duped by those other sites).

Remember, LLCs are due by September, Corporations were due by June 30th and all other organizations are due by December 31st.

Did you know that the state rolled out a Next Generation Farmer Loan Program this spring? This program uses federal tax-exempt financing to reduce a farmer's interest rate on capital purchases (including farmland or machinery).
