Driving Under the Influence is a very serious charge and can result in a suspension or revocation of your driving privileges. John will challenge the basis of the stop when applicable, and will assess your case for

sound factual or legal defenses. The penalties for a DUI can include confinement, probation, conditional discharge, court supervision, or community service. Having good counsel is necessary to avoid potentially harsh sentencing. The various dispositions of the court can extend the suspension of your driver's license. A person who is convicted of DUI the first time is guilty of a Class A Misdemeanor, which means the offense is punishable by imprisonment for any time up to just less than one year. Fines and penalties may be increased for subsequent offenses and higher blood-alcohol contents (BACs). For more information on DUI, you may consult the Illinois Vehicle Code. (625 ILCS 5/11-101)

Hey everyone thanks for the support. I've got a new position at Ringler and I've officially stopped taking cases (bit of a forced march). It's been fun and I will continue with the cases that I've already started until I can't do that any longer either.

Thanks for the likes, and please if you have a question, call me. I'm still the best there ever was- you heard me Johnny Cochran, & I will still be doing some pro bono.

I hired a secretary. Her name is Siri iPhone4s, and she does not listen to me or remind me of appointments.

If you're buying/selling your place give me a call. I take a lot of real estate closings. I also know I'm a young guy. That means you'll be saving money and it won't cost you quality in service.

Now taking adoption cases and happy to do so- probably the only type of case that involves a little positive outlook around the holiday.

Car accident cases are more complex than you may realize, especially if you've got medical bills. Call an attorney- you're insurer may be on the hook for fees.

I am now involved in Personal Injury. I am grateful for clients trusting me handling their matters. I am also proud to get the information they want and I need quickly. It helps procure a better settlement more quickly.

Received a letter of gratitude for participating in the ISU Mock Trial event this past weekend. It was a great time and a very good activity for an ISU student to look into if they're curious about law school.

Business trips aren't always that bad.

Leaving when the sun is down makes it seem like I put in a hard days' work. Thanks for the extra hour of sleep and inflated self-confidence, Daylight Savings Time.

Had a chat with an accountant and here's my thought/ her observation: if everyone had to cut the actual check for their taxes as opposed to having it deducted, there would be mutiny.

Real Estate Closing @ 11am. Doing this one pro bono, mainly because it's my own.
