I first met with the sellers in December 2024 to walk through the home and talk about projects and ways to reconfigure the space to appeal to the largest buyer pool possible. After connecting them with multiple contractors to handle the work, we brought the home to market with a clear plan in place.
Once listed, we received an offer that was strong, but not quite where it needed to be. Instead of rushing, we stayed patient. That patience paid off with a full-price offer contingent on the sale of another home. With clear and consistent communication from the buyer’s agent, we felt confident moving forward.
The buyers’ home sold and we were at the closing table a month later.
