Pink has been on since September and it is NOT coming off 🎀 Mike and I were repping our Pillar of Hope pink at a mock realtor event, and yes, we were100% dressed for the occasion 😄

Finally. Fall showed up and it's actually nice out 🍂

Perfect weather to knock out a few small chores before winter rolls in and you've got zero interest in standing on a ladder. Gutters are a lot more fun at 65 degrees than 25.

Do the little stuff now, save some money later, and spend the holidays with family instead of a plumber 😅

Ever walked into a house and thought, "Huh, what's that smell?" 👃 Or spotted a stain on the ceiling that nobody can explain? That's when mold sampling comes in!

We'd recommend it if you notice a musty odor, discoloration, or signs of past water damage or leaks 💧

Here's how it works! 🔬 For an air sample, we pull air from inside the home through a little collection cassette and compare it to a sample taken outside. For a swab sample, we wipe a suspicious spot to see what's growing there. Everything goes off to a lab so you get real answers instead of guesses! 🙌

Knowing BEFORE you buy means you can negotiate repairs and plan for the fix instead of finding a surprise after closing 🏡💙
