Water heaters don't get much attention until they fail, usually at the worst time.💧

We check the age (there's a manufacture date on the tag), signs of rust or leaking, and whether it's installed correctly. Most tanks last 8-12 years — if yours is pushing past that, it's good to have a plan.🚰🛁
