Please read this article. It is shameful to see first-hand what is happening to car/trucking/motorcycle accident victims all over Michigan as a result of the recent changes to the Michigan No-Fault Law. Trust me--this is not one unique case. Rather, this is happening to hundreds of innocent Michigan citizens who have been receiving lifetime quality care since their accident, and have now seen such care unfairly stripped away with this law. I am seeing this with my own clients and it is heartbreaking. Even if you do not know someone impacted by the changes to the No-Fault Law, act now by emailing your state legislator demanding that they provide a fix. Demand that those who were receiving care before the enactment of the changes continue to receive the same quality care paid for by their insurance company who has already collected millions of dollars in premiums, year after year, to cover such care. Go to the page or to and they can help you obtain the email address of your state legislator. Or to voice your opinion, go to Michigan.gov or call House Fiscal Agency. 517-373-8080, House Republican Staff. 517-373-3528, House Democratic Staff. 517-373-0150 LaKritz Law
