Today’s Home Watch visit in Western NC came with six baby fawns… and a few less-cute surprises. 🦌🏡

An HVAC drain issue and a leak detector that needed to be reset. And most importantly — several exterior doors left unlocked after contractors had been in the home to fix the mini split.

By the time I left, the home was secured and the homeowner had a detailed interior + exterior photo report waiting for them.
