Julie is a member of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, the Arkansas and Garland County Bar Associations, is a Certified Attorney Ad Litem in all Arkansas domestic and probate courts, and is licensed to practice before all State and Federal Courts in the State of Arkansas. The Roper Law Firm believes that the improvement in all communities begins with the community of citizens who contribute. We are starting our community contribution by trying to be better citizens ourselves through helping others. One of the ways that our firm has contributed is by assisting amputees in obtaining prosthetic devices. Often insurance companies deny claims for benefit to cover prosthetic limbs and many times the individual lacks resources to obtain representation through an appeal process. We have provided free representation in insurance appeals, and in other appeal processes such as Workers’ Compensation, for this specific denial of coverage for prosthetic devices. There are so few resources for this area of need, that the Roper Law Firm offers FREE representation to any Arkansas resident seeking to appeal a denial for a medically prescribed prosthetic device required for loss of an extremity.
