I’ve been proudly serving legal documents across the great state of South Carolina for over fifteen years. I own and operate Central Carolina PPS LLC., a trusted process serving company dedicated to providing reliable, efficient service throughout South Carolina. At Central Carolina PPS, we understand the importance of timeliness, professionalism, and clear communication in every job we do. Prior to Central Carolina PPS, I served for several years on the Governor’s Advisory Committee for Juvenile Justice, appointed by Governor Engler as well as Governor Granholm. During that time, I was deeply involved in advocating for juvenile justice reform and supporting programs designed to help at-risk youth. I played a role in implementing the ‘Baby Think It Over’ program at the Adrian Training School for Girls, a proactive effort to combat rising teen pregnancy rates. In addition, I served as a volunteer juvenile probation officer in the state of Michigan, offering guidance and accountability to young people navigating the legal system. These experiences shaped my deep respect for the law and the people it serves—values I continue to carry into my work today.

Central Carolina PPS is committed to safety. We care about keeping our servers safe as well as the individuals we are serving. That's why in April, our team put into place a detailed plan of action when serving papers. Our documents are printed in a clean environment. We place all of our documents in clear plastic sleeves. Our servers wear gloves and face mask while serving papers. They sanitize before and after each serve. Our servers stand as far as possible from individuals they are serving. No server is to serve documents if they are Ill or have a fever. Central Carolina PPS is committed to doing our part during this difficult time. From all of us at Central Carolina PPS, God Bless!

I am a process server. I deliver legal documents to individuals who most of the time act like adults , take the papers and handle their business. Then there is the small percent of subjects who avoid service. Waste of my time and your energy! Court cases do not just disappear because you "don't" or " won't" take papers. You will be served. I am the person who no one wants knocking on their door. I understand that. I would like to educate you on something. When I come to your door to serve you. I am there as part of YOUR due process. If you don't know what that means , look it up. It's part of your constitutional rights . Be thankful you live in a country that allows you that right. Someone can't just go to court and say anything they want about you and a hearing proceed with out you knowing about it . So the next time you see me or another member of my process serving family at your door, please treat them with respect. To my fellow process serving family, stay safe !!
