These buyers and I spent nearly a year searching for the right home. We toured plenty of properties, worked through failed inspections, changing circumstances, and a lot of patience along the way.

They stuck with the process, and we finally found the right house with terms that made sense for them.

Now I get to help them with the next step: selling their condo.

Another one sold. 🏡

This one meant a little more to me.

A past client reached back out and trusted me to help sell her father’s home. We put the property on the market, received an offer within the first day, and ultimately accepted an offer above asking price.

I’m always grateful for every client I get to work with, but there’s something different about someone choosing to work with you again years later.

I’m grateful she trusted me again to help with a sale that carried a lot of meaning.

A year in the making. 🏡

I started working with these buyers about a year ago, and finding the right home definitely wasn’t a straight line.

We found a few houses along the way that looked promising, but inspections told a different story. Instead of forcing a bad deal, we walked away and kept looking.

This past Monday, they finally closed on the one.

A great house, in the right location, and we were able to put together some incredible terms for them along the way.

Sometimes buying a home takes longer than expected. Sometimes you lose a house or have to walk away from one. The goal isn’t to buy a house, it’s to make sure you’re buying the right one.

Really happy for these two and excited to see what they do with their new home.
