Legal Tip; When having a Will done, also consider having a Healthcare Directive, often called a Living Will, and a Power of Attorney. Healthcare Directive covers medical issues and Power of Attorney covers all other issues, financial, property, etc.

Legal Tip: A Will is a very important document to have and everyone should make sure they have a current and updated will, but keep in mind when you prepare a will, do not name two or more people as executors. As they say in football; if you have two quarterbacks, you don't have one. Getting two executors to agree on everything when distributing an estate is almost impossible and can cause court time and great expense to the estate. More later...
