Doug is a pastor who first got in to real estate investing so he could help a church member who was stuck in a bad lease. So when we heard that he needed help with a different and more challenging property, we jumped at the chance to find the solution.

Thanks to the trust that Doug put in us, he was able to transfer a house to one of our preferred investors who will bring new life to a vacant property in Collegeville. Soon it will be a completely renovated home for a family there, while increasing the tax base for the schools, parks, and public services of Birmingham.
