Pritchett Environmental & Property Law, LLC is a full-service law firm representing businesses and industries in environmental and natural resources law matters. Our practice includes cleanup of hazardous waste sites, permitting of facilities, and defense of civil and administrative enforcement actions. We assist developers and property owners with the redevelopment of both urban and rural brownfield properties. We assist landowners with issues related to wetlands and construction of silvicultural roads.

We represent lenders considering environmentally-challenged property as collateral or foreclosing on potentially contaminated property. We assist both developers and downstream property owners with issues related to construction stormwater runoff and BMPs. We represent local governmental agencies and water and wastewater boards with issues related to Clean Water Act and Safe Drinking Water Act compliance. We represent estates and trusts dealing with contaminated property. We also assist other attorneys in planning estates which include potentially contaminated property.
