Last Friday, Adam M. Lutz and Eric Yale Lutz celebrated along with the Lutz Real Estate Investments team, the steel topping-off ceremony for its latest development, 370 Brown (370brown.com). The partners included Ron Boji of Boji Group, Alexander Saroki and Victor Saroki, FAIA of Saroki Architecture. Everyone joined in signing the final steel beam before it was hoisted and set into place by Sachse Construction. We’re proud to be partners with such wonderful organizations on this transformational development in Downtown Birmingham.

Also present were Neal Gram and Jeramy Lynch of JP Morgan Chase. The JP Morgan Private Bank and Chase Private Client will anchor the 85,000 square foot, mixed-use development.

In addition, 370 Brown includes 22 high-end, luxury apartments for lease with an opening of April 1, 2026. The apartments range from 1,400 to 3,000 square feet, with Penthouse Units inclusive of large balconies overlooking the city. Last week, we welcomed guests for an open house at The Kahn Apartments Detroit, offering tours of the historic property and a chance to experience its modern charm firsthand.

Ribbon Cut & Paddles Up!

We celebrated the upcoming opening of ACE Pickleball Club Grand Rapids - the city’s newest indoor pickleball destination with 13 courts, game cameras, and beginner-friendly 101 classes. Doors open Monday at Centerpointe Mall!

Co-owner, Adam Lutz shared: “ACE isn’t just about pickleball- it’s about creating a fun, energetic space where people can connect through sport.”

Kayla Goins added: “We’re excited to bring this business model to Grand Rapids and have this be part of this community.”
