Beginning April 1, 2023, Frederick A. Erben, Jennifer K. Wales, and the law firm of Beddow, Erben, Bowen & Wales will move the location of their offices to the 3rd floor of the historic Gilbreath Building, located at 2019 Third Avenue North, Birmingham, AL 35203.

The new location is just down Third Avenue North from our offices at 2025 3rd Avenue North. Parking is still easy and accessible in the Birmingham Parking Authority Deck 6 on 2nd Avenue North and 21st Street North (next to the City Federal Building).

Jennifer K. Wales was named one of B-Metro’s “Top Women Attorneys.” Jennifer was made a partner and shareholder at Beddow, Erben & Bowen, P.A. in 2017, and is the first female partner in the firm’s more than one hundred year history.
Jennifer has an LL.M. in international law, which she acquired from Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland. Although our firm is one of general practice, her main areas of practice focus on family law issues including pre-nuptial agreements, divorce, child custody; as well as estate planning and probate matters.

The festival, which turns 45 this years, takes place Thursday through Sunday at Holy Trinity-Holy Cross Greek Orthodox Cathedral.
