Our Story

Hi, I’m Beth Mandal and here is my story. I am a native of the Mississippi Gulf Coast, and started my own real estate brokerage, Mandal Preferred, Inc., REALTORS, back in 2008. Shortly after graduating for MS State University, received my real estate license and started working for Merrill Lynch Realty in Tampa Florida. That was 31 years ago and I can hardly believe that! In 1992, I moved back home to the MS Gulf Coast and have continue to market and sell real estate. In 2010, I continued my education and acquired my appraisal license. Because of the many years education and experience, my agents and I have the expertise to educate and guide our clients into making the best-informed decision when it comes to real estate.

From the inception of Mandal Preferred, Inc., I began building relationships with the developers and owners of the high-rise condos along the beachfront. I soon became the exclusive listing broker for several developers and many unit owners and buyers of these beachfront condos. Through my persistence and hard work, I became very knowledgeable about the condo buildings and the unit within them. Ever since then, I have become an expert on the Mississippi Gulf Coast specialized in helping folks buyer and sell beachfront condos and waterfront homes, whether as a vacation home, a second home or a primary residence for my clients. In the past five years, my condo expertise earned the recognition of the producers of the television show “Beachfront Bargain Hunt” on the network HGTV. My clients and I have been featured on the program on two separate occasions while showcasing the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

Thanks to the publicity on HGTV, my forward thinking marketing and referrals from clients business flourished for me. And as the business grew, so did my team. With the help of my team, I was then able to expand our services to include property management, which was something that my clients urged me to do. Our long term property management continues to grow.
