Back in April we contacted our Law Firm with LegalShield about an order that was place and the company upcharged our order to show that we ordered multiple items of which we only ordered one. We tried to resolve the problem on our own by calling and emailing but that was to no avail. We have paid for a LegalShield membership to which our monthly amount is locked in at under $20 a month. Now you can get it for under $30 a month to cover your entire family, even your teenage kids. Anyway, after contacting our law firm and sending them all of our correspondence they drafted this letter and sent it to the company. After the said company received this letter we received an email stating that they would be refunding the requested amount ASAP.
