Contact your state legislator and urge a NO vote on AB736, a proposed transfer tax measure currently advancing through the California Legislature. This bill could significantly increase the taxes homeowners pay when selling their homes, making it an issue that affects all Californians
AB736 would give local governments the authority to raise transfer taxes on home sales well beyond current levels.
