SOLD! A new chapter begins in South Charleston! 🏡✨

These clients loved their home and neighbors in Minerva Park, but wanted to be closer to family while remaining within a comfortable distance of work. After being referred to me by a coworker and past client, we spent the next few months searching for a home that truly fit their needs; and then we found this gem!

We secured it at a great price, successfully sold their previous home, and coordinated a smooth transition from one home to the next. I’m thrilled for them and excited about all the memories they’ll make in their new community!

Thinking about selling your current home and finding the perfect place for your next stage? Let’s create a plan to make it happen. 📲 614-800-2300
