Having extensive experience previously working for a top tier law firm where he ably and successfully represented some of the largest financial institutions in the world, Patrick saw a need to create an experience that would give clients the legal expertise of a “top tier” attorney, but without the costs and inefficiencies inherent in retaining a “top tier firm.”
That vision became a rea
lity when Patrick broke from the mold and opened The Law Office of Patrick R. Since inception, Patrick has dedicated himself to giving his clients top notch, cost-effective representation that breeds success through hard work, responsiveness, honesty, and efficiency. PATRICK’S BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
Patrick has handled a host of cases involving, among other things: mortgage banking litigation; securities litigation and arbitration; commercial business litigation; insurance claims; and employment litigation before state, federal and bankruptcy courts throughout California. He has further tried numerous matters before FINRA arbitration panels nationwide, where he has achieved a more than 90% success rate in obtaining arbitration awards recommending expungement of customer complaints from the publicly available Central Registration Depository (“CRD”) records of financial professionals. Patrick graduated cm laude from the University of San Diego with a degree in English where he also earned his Juris Doctor. During law school, Patrick participated in Mock Trial competitions and studied international arbitration at Oxford. ADMISSIONS
Patrick is admitted to practice law in all state and federal courts in California, including the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
