TODAY Judge Erdosi denied the defense’s ex parte for yet another trial continuance - a desperate 11th hour diversion by an ABOTA lawyer who is doing everything he can to keep Team Tissot from putting ‘em in the box! We are set to go this coming Monday. Trial is estimated to go until Mid April.

This case came to us on referral from an excellent lawyer - our assignment? - Litigate, elevate and give ‘em hell. We have done all that and more as only Team can do.

A case that had been valued at around 100K max when it came to us is now headed to jury trial with Tissot having turned down at $500,000 policy limit offer, despite many challenges ahead. Stay tuned! LFG!! 🔥🙌

NET proceeds - presented to client today in a heart warming and deeply authentic final meeting at our headquarters office, Anybody can get seven figure settlements on low hanging fruit - clear cases with big policies— BUT THIS was a matter where liability was denied, client was told by others that her case was worth nothing, in part because she had almost no complaints at the scene, as well as many delays and gaps in treatment.

Causation and Damages were also heavily disputed and litigated - -and while had hoped the insurance company would not pay the final settlement demand timely, so he could try the case - our team was too prepared, too knowledgeable— and really, just too passionate— for the defense to take a chance - a pattern we have seen at our firm repeatedly.
