"Love Is Blind" contestants are fighting for employee status as the NLRB takes action against producers for allegedly misclassifying cast members as independent contractors.

Former contestants Nick Thompson and Renee Poche sparked the complaint, citing unfair labor practices including stay-or-pay clauses and minimal compensation.

Montana filmmaker Rob Grabow has sued Netflix and LeBron James, claiming they copied his Native American basketball script for their film "Rez Ball."

Netflix argues their script predates Grabow's work, with both sides awaiting a ruling on early summary judgment.
