David Strashnoy Law, PC is thrilled to welcome Megan Guzman as Of Counsel to the firm and the newest addition to our rapidly growing team. Megan also currently serves as the Treasurer of the Southern California Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyer’s Association (AILA).

Megan will handle all types of U.S. immigration matters for the firm, including in the business, investment, and family practice areas. She also brings significant federal litigation experience in filing mandamus actions and challenging wrongful denials under the Administrative Procedure Act (APA).
