It's important to build your own foundation on God's word, even while honoring your parents. You can hold onto the good doctrines they taught you, but discard the bad. As a man, it's time to stand on your own two feet and make your beliefs your own.

Remember life before constant cell service? We managed. Now, it's time to intentionally put the phone down. Even during dinner, habit takes over. Let's create space to truly connect, starting at the table.

Every marriage will face moments that feel bigger than you.

Difficult conversations. Financial pressure. Parenting challenges. Betrayal. Illness. Loss. Seasons where you’re wondering if you have what it takes to keep going.

The good news is—you don’t have to rely on your own strength.

“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” — Philippians 4:13

This verse isn’t a promise that every problem will disappear. It’s a reminder that Christ will give you the strength to faithfully walk through every season He allows.

If your marriage is struggling today, don’t give up. Lean into Christ. He can give you the strength to forgive when it’s hard, the humility to admit when you’re wrong, the courage to have difficult conversations, and the endurance to keep loving when you feel exhausted.

A Christ-centered marriage isn’t built by two strong people. It’s built by two people who continually depend on the strength of a strong Savior.

❤️ Whatever your marriage is facing today, Christ’s strength is enough.

Women often use their sharp memory to hold onto past hurts from their husbands. While remembering is natural, constantly bringing up old wounds after forgiveness only causes more damage. Learn why letting go is crucial for a healthy relationship.

Remember the old Sprint commercial? "Can you hear me now?" It’s easy to feel that way in marriage, thinking you're communicating perfectly, only to realize your spouse might not be truly listening. Effective listening builds respect, trust, and understanding—the foundations of a great marriage. As James 1:19 says, 'Be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to get angry.'

Are your small groups truly fostering accountability, or just social nights? Ensure everyone understands the purpose is real support and growth, not just casual hangouts. DARE to be accountable.

It's easy to fall into the trap of wishing your partner would change to fix everything or love projects like you do. This isn't healthy for the relationship.

In a world where everything seems to change, there is one constant you can build your marriage on:

“Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.” — Hebrews 13:8

Feelings change. Circumstances change. Seasons of marriage change. But Jesus never does.

When Christ is the foundation of your marriage, you have an unshakable source of wisdom when you’re confused, peace when you’re overwhelmed, strength when you’re weary, and hope when the future feels uncertain.

A thriving marriage isn’t built on changing emotions—it’s built on the unchanging character of Christ.

No matter what season your marriage is in today, fix your eyes on the One who never changes. His faithfulness yesterday is the same faithfulness available to you today, and it will still be there tomorrow.

The more your marriage reflects the unchanging love of Christ, the stronger it will become.

❤️ Build your marriage on the One who will never fail.

Many women unknowingly use criticism as a tool in their marriage. We might correct or tell our husbands what to do, not realizing how critical it sounds. Sometimes it's intentional anger, other times a desperate attempt to be heard. But it rarely works. Discover why this approach backfires and what to do instead.

Ladies, stop trying to parent your husbands. When you take on that role, it's demeaning and disrespectful. Your husband likely doesn't want to be married to his mother. Remember how this affects him and keep your tools in your toolbox.
