It's not unusual for a parent to say to me, "I don't want child support. I don't need it". I always advise them to seek it anyway and put it in an account for the child to use later. Can you imagine how different this young lady's life is going to be with a nice little springboard to adulthood? A car... college.... heck a down-payment on a house! She's ahead of the game because her mom "didn't need it".

A mother gave her daughter $48,000 of child support money that she had saved and never spent for 11 years 👏🏽💰

It has passed in other states.

Beginning October 1st, the office is going virtual! Consultations will be done by phone or Zoom. Linda and I will generally be working from home, but if you wish to meet with either of us in person, just let us know and we'll make those arrangements!
Our new mailing address is PO Box 3035, Bethlehem, PA 18017. Our phone number will be staying the same, but we'll now have texting available to make communicating with us even easier.
