📊 September 2026 Market Update | Lehigh Valley & Poconos 🏡

September brought continued activity across both regions, but the numbers show two markets moving at different speeds!

In the Lehigh Valley, 723 new listings hit the market while 580 homes sold. With a median sales price of $375,000 and homes averaging just 20 days on the market, well-positioned properties continue to attract attention.

In the Poconos, 596 new listings and 351 homes sold, with a median sales price of $320,000 and an average of 60 days on the market. Buyers have more time to explore their options, making strategic pricing and presentation especially important for sellers.
