Assistant at Immigration Attorney’s Law Office (Bethesda, MD)

Requirements: (1) knows Microsoft Office or Google office apps; (2) knows Quickbooks; (3) has post high school education or degree; (4) is extremely detail oriented and highly organized; (5) learns new apps / software quickly; (6) works independently and is steady under pressure; and lives in within five miles of NW Washington DC or Maryland in Chevy Chase, Bethesda, Rockville, or Silver Spring.

Responsibilities include: (1) talking to clients; (2) printing and mailing documents; (3) managing documents online, (4) bookkeeping and billing; (5) using apps/software to manage cases online; (5) working at two locations, including at Attorney's home office and work office space. While not required, any foreign languages and immigration or legal experience would be an advantage.
