3606 Kingswood Drive was a tricky transaction. The home needed a complete renovation! A fire happened on the upper level and scorched the entire upper level. Then that caused even more overall damage to the house. It is in bad shape, but got an investor who believed in the vision and now it will be made over into a gorgeous home!
