Cliff Notes regarding custody/visitation issues: Md's Stay at Home order does not freeze custody/visitation schedules. It is interpreted to allow travel required to comply with a court order.
Custody/visitation transitions can still occur as one must obey the order unless a different agreement is reached for the duration of this crisis period. If you do not agree to a different agreement, the Order controls. If unreasonable withholding of access occurs, it will most likely negatively impact the withholding parent. Each case has specific facts so contact me if you have concerns or questions.
