Still pinching myself.

2026 Senior Club Champion. 🏆

Started the final round five shots back and made a decision not to follow the leaderboard or worry about where I stood. Just stay inside my game, play one hole at a time and see where it took me.

Shot 74 and ended up tied with Gillis Green after 36 holes.

On 18, I had a birdie putt that I knew might be pretty important. Left it just short, tapped in for par and found out a little later we were headed to a sudden-death playoff.

On the first playoff hole, I hit my approach to about three feet. Gillis made a great six-footer for par, which left me with the three-footer to win it.

Made it.

Second Senior Club Championship and my third Club Championship overall.

Golf is a funny game. You put in a lot of work, have plenty of days when you wonder what you’re doing, and then every once in a while you get a day like today.

Very grateful. And still kind of beside myself. ⛳🏆

🐦 I like a bird that chirps.

Every morning, they’re a reminder that it’s going to be a good day.

In my business, I get to meet people at all stages of life—first-time buyers, growing families, retirees, and folks chasing a dream of living near the beach. One thing they all have in common? They’re looking for a place that feels like home.

Sometimes we get so busy watching the news, interest rates, and everything happening around us that we forget to appreciate where we are today.

For me, it’s a walk on the beach, a round of golf, helping a client reach the closing table, or simply hearing the birds on a summer morning.
