🇺🇸🔔 Today: The Bells of Berthoud Ring Out for History

Today at 2:50 PM, pause and listen as the Bells of Berthoud ring out in celebration of two historic milestones: the 250th anniversary of American independence and the 150th anniversary of Colorado statehood.

Bells will ring from four Berthoud churches:

🔔 Foursquare Church — Mountain Avenue & Fourth Street
🔔 Church of Christ — Sixth Street & Lake Avenue
🔔 First United Methodist Church — Tenth Street & Lake Avenue
🔔 First Presbyterian Church — Eighth Street & Massachusetts Avenue

The bells will ring together, then each church will ring its bell 13 times in recognition of the original 13 colonies, followed by one final ringing together in honor of Colorado’s statehood.

📍 One of the best places to hear all four bells is Fickel Park. Bring a chair, take a walk through the neighborhood, or simply pause for a few moments and listen as Berthoud’s history echoes through town.

Join us today as Berthoud marks this meaningful moment in our nation’s and state’s history.
