🌊 CALS Designee Spotlight: Meet Pam Wadler!

Pam Wadler of PW Realty Sales serves the Ocean Pines and Ocean City markets. She earned the Coastal Area Local Specialist (CALS) designation because she believes clients place greater trust in a REALTOR® who can demonstrate a thorough, professional understanding of the local area.

Even after 25 years in local real estate, the program offered Pam an important reminder: there is always more to learn.

CALS strengthened her understanding of how rules, property considerations, and community characteristics can differ throughout the coastal region—even among the individual sections of Ocean Pines.

“After 25 years in local real estate, CALS reminded me that there is always more to learn. Every coastal community has unique rules, considerations, and characteristics.”

Newly constructed homes offer exciting opportunities—but new does not always mean flawless. Understanding the construction process and the value of independent inspections can help REALTORS® better protect their clients throughout the building journey.

Introduction to New Construction Inspections explores major construction stages, including site grading, foundations, pre-drywall inspections, final walkthroughs, and 11-month warranty inspections. Participants will learn about common defects and concerns that may arise along the way.
