Congratulations M Todd Poe!

Today, I announced McKinzii Todd Poe’s appointment as ’s new District Director. Kinzii has worked for me for almost a decade, and served for years as Tatum Dale’s Deputy.

A graduate of Eastern Kentucky University, Kinzii loves Kentucky and is incredible at casework and navigating the federal grant process. She will honor Tatum’s legacy and continue the great standard of service that Tatum set for this office.

Meet Coach Abby Eipert — originally from Berea, Kentucky, Abby works in the construction industry as a HERS Rater with Bremen Energy Auditors, bringing precision and problem-solving into everything she does.
Outside of work, she loves spending time with friends, family, and her dog, Cricket. She’s happiest cooking something delicious, catching up with the people she loves, or tuning into a good true-crime podcast.
Abby started CrossFit in 2022 and joined Cygnus in 2024, quickly becoming a vibrant part of the crew. She values strong family relationships, surrounds herself with friends who encourage hard work, and stays motivated as she pursues meaningful goals.
