Full-time residential real estate Broker living in beautiful Bend, OR serving all of Central Oregon. Serving others has always been a priority.

From my stint as a Peace Corps volunteer in Armenia to a career focused on social-services work, I have been a steadfast advocate for others. I've been a Realtor since 2013, and strive to be honest, straightforward and trustworthy. First and foremost, I always have my client's best interest at heart; truly valuing the relationships formed during the home-buying and selling process. My goal is to be a resource for my clients long after a transaction has closed. My compassion for others, and desire to serve, extend to my commitment to be a responsive communicator. Extremely accessible, I'm someone you can count on to follow through, whatever the task at hand. A skilled negotiator with a keen attention to detail, I relish research, excel at problem-solving and, when faced with a challenge, maintain a strong yet calm presence. A Bend resident since 2005, I have a deep appreciation for the area. My husband Shawn and I have a 13-year-old son. Our active family takes advantage of Central Oregon's many outdoor opportunities -- camping, hiking, canoeing, kayaking -- whenever possible! Let me know how I can assist you with your real estate needs and if you have any questions about the area. Looking forward to working with you,
Veronica Theriot

✨ This was a SPECIAL closing for a very special person! ✨

After selling her fabulous home in Sisters, my dear client had a tough time finding the perfect place to call home in Bend. We searched, we waited, and then luckily the stars aligned! ⭐️

I was able to find her an off-market home, and it was just the cutest house. 🏡❤️

My client is absolutely thrilled, and I couldn’t be happier for her. I truly love this property for her and know she’s going to make so many wonderful memories here.

Some closings are extra special, and this one definitely was!

Congratulations, Pat!

My client called this home for more than 40 years, and it was clear from the moment I stepped inside how much love and memories were here. ❤️

I’m so happy I was able to help her take the next step and move on to her next chapter. And now, a new family gets the opportunity to make this special place their own and create memories of their own.

It’s one of the best parts of what I do: helping people through meaningful transitions and seeing a home begin its next chapter.✨

Just Sold! 🎉 | 1713 NW Precision Lane

Sometimes getting a home sold in today’s market takes more than simply putting it back on the market; it takes a fresh set of eyes and a thoughtful plan.

I was contacted by the sellers after they were unhappy with their previous listing experience, and we decided to give the property a refresh before relaunching it.

We focused on the details that would make the home show its best:
✨ Professional staging
🎨 Touch-up painting
🌸 Fresh flowers and landscaping
🌳 Trimming back overgrown limbs
🧹 Carpet restretching and cleaning
🛠️ Repairing and retexturing wall patches
🏡 Cleaning the gutters

None of these were huge projects on their own, but together they made a noticeable difference in how the home presented to buyers and I believe that preparation played an important role in getting it sold.

It’s always rewarding to see a plan come together, especially when the goal is to help sellers move forward with confidence. Congratulations to my sellers! 🥂

Just sold this sweet 0.86-acre lot in Deschutes River Woods! 🌲

Buildable lots in and around Bend are becoming increasingly scarce, and this one was a great find: flat, nicely treed, and with easy access to the Parkway.

If you’re even thinking about buying land, let’s talk. As the saying goes, “Buy land; they’re not making any more of it.” 😉

✨ Sold in Clearpine in Sisters

This home was truly something special. Nestled against the Deschutes National Forest, my client thoughtfully selected this lot and built a custom home that perfectly fit her vision.

While it's bittersweet to say goodbye, she's ready for her next adventure, and I couldn't be happier for her. I'm equally excited for the buyers, who had been hoping to call the Clearpine neighborhood home for several years. There's something especially rewarding about helping both sides begin an exciting new chapter.

Congratulations to my wonderful seller and the lucky new homeowners! Wishing you all the best as you create new memories. 🏡🌲
