Meet the Attorney - Theresa Wybrow

Theresa is the sole-practicing attorney in our office. She resides locally with her husband, two children and a host of farm animals that she thoroughly enjoys taking care of everyday. When she isn't in the office, in court or at an event for one of her children she can be found outside with her animals!

Theresa has been practicing law since 1997. She started out as insurance defense, but she has also handled a host of other different types of cases such as divorce, social security disability, workers compensation, probate, wills, etc. She then transitioned to Plaintiff personal injury primarily in 2014 and started advocating against the insurance companies for the injured parties of auto accidents, slip and falls, dog bites, etc. She had quite a successful run in the time she was practicing straight Plaintiff personal injury.

In 2018, the partners of the firm she was with decided to retire, she decided to take the wealth of knowledge she had acquired over the course of her career and her love for helping people and open up this firm! It also allowed her to expand into other areas of law to help more people. Theresa takes the time to meet with potential clients to really explore their needs and give them the most thorough advice she possibly can. She will make sure any questions you have will be answered by the end of the first meeting you have with her.
