Solo Attorney in Belton seeking experienced Full-Time Paralegal very familiar with Family Law.

*Self-motivated

*Client Intake Interviews and ongoing client communication

*Able to Handle Client Files from Start to Conclusion

*Preparation of Legal Documents through Pro-Doc Application with Firm-Central

*Skilled in E-Filing and Requesting types of Service

*Writing Questions for Hearings

*Attending temporary order Hearings

*Management of Client Filing System

*Will also handle Misdemeanors, Mental Illness, and Parole Revocation appointments

*Team Player with 3 or more years of experience

*Salary - minimum of 25K with PTO benefits and depending on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25,000.00 /year
