As of January 1, 2022, I am at 1122 Cranston Road, Suite 2, next to the American Family Insurance Agency. My telephone number is (608) 365-4401. I concentrate on real estate transactions, estate planning (Trusts, Wills, Powers of Attorney, etc.) probate estates and business transactions. I do not do trial work anymore, but I might do an occasional eviction for a landlord. We are open Mondays through Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to noon, and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. I cannot respond to messages other than by telephone to the above phone number.

Since 1986, at Blackhawk Technical College, Bob has been teaching the Salesperson licensing course and since 1990, when they were first required, the Continuing Education courses for Brokers and Salespersons.

He has served on the Joint State Bar of Wisconsin/Wisconsin Realtors®Association License Law Task Force which reviewed Chapter 452 of the Wisconsin statutes to determine if the law effectively protected consumers while guiding licensees in the current market place.

He has served on a panel of 6 Subject Matter Experts for the Wisconsin Real Estate Examining Board in the 2003, 2008, 2010 and 2016 reviews of its salespersons and brokers test questions for accuracy, effectiveness and law changes.

For Dearborn™ Real Estate Education, a division of Dearborn Financial Publishing, Inc.®, he reviewed for accuracy the 10th and 11th editions of Wisconsin Real Estate Practice, and wrote self study test questions for the Wisconsin salesperson licensing test.

He was appointed by Governor Scott Walker in 2011 and re-appointed in 2016 to the Wisconsin Real Estate Examining Board, Real Estate Curriculum and Examinations Council, which advises the Real Estate Examining Board on teaching and testing real estate licensees.
