LEGAL ASSISTANT NEEDED: Established Bellingham, WA law firm focused on criminal defense, traffic law, post-conviction law, and military law is seeking one full-time legal assistant possessing excellent customer service skills, with an infectiously friendly and cheerful attitude, and a committed willingness to helping people who are facing difficult circumstances. Job also requires strong attention to detail, sharp office skills (MS Office), and professional telephone etiquette with knowledge of how to run a multi-line phone system, as well as the ability to work in a team setting in what can sometimes be stressful situations.

Spanish speaking ability is a big plus. Prior customer service experience, experience with Clio (or other CRMs), and/or employment in a law firm is highly favorable, but on the job training is available for the right applicant. Must possess a current and valid driver's license and be able to work Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Ideal start date would be on or before December 27, 2021.

INSTRUCTIONS: Everybody gets an interview. It’s a sure sign of fall when this beautiful tree in front of our office door begins to turn bright red-orange and starts to shed its leaves. Unfortunately this tree won’t have its fall foliage for too much longer with this storm coming in. Stay warm and dry this weekend if you can!
