NCPD has suffered a significant loss. Our office mom/grandma, Debra Smith, passed away today. She brought joy (and cookies) to the office and was always ready with a smile, a hug, and a kind word. She will be sorely missed.

When people are incarcerated, even for a couple of days, they often lose everything; jobs, housing, everything. Recently, one of our attorneys took it upon themselves to purchase a couple outfits for a client recently released from jail. Keep working hard and keep going the extra mile team!

Another Not Guilty for NCPD! This time our owner and managing attorney Jason Smith’s client was found Not Guilty of Assault in the Second Degree with a Deadly Weapon and Not Guilty of Assault 4th degree. Not Guilty on all counts!

This victory is also shared with Mr. Larson of the Whatcom County Public Defender, who represented the co-defendant. Excellent work gentleman!
